We are absolutely thrilled to share that Interface Technologies’ Deepak Patel has achieved the Ethical Hacker Certification from the EC-Council. With this certification Deepak has earned a new role as Jr. Security Engineer.
Deepak’s dedication to education required a 1600 km trip and a 2 month absence from his wife and 11 month-old son.
With this new certification, Deepak will be better positioned to make our clients’ networks safer and more secure. It gave him the perspective of a hacker and better insight on how to patch up vulnerabilities. Twenty modules are included in the Ethical Hacker Certification including Vulnerability Analysis, System Hacking, Hacking Web Applications, Hacking Web Servers and many more.
Deepak, on the pictures shared, “I had always dreamt of being a pilot and wanted to fly airplane. So on my last visit to Canada, I got a chance to do that with Lloyd (Ainey) and he gave me an opportunity to fulfill my dream. I got to fly with him and it is the day I’ll never forget for my life. “
Deepak looks to continue his education and plans on achieving the Certified Information Security Manager and Certified Information System Security Professional certifications.
